What causes knee pain?

Knee pain is often a result of bursitis, patella syndrome, cartilage problems or other joint pain. The health of your knee relies on the correct positioning of the body components under it, such as the cartilage and bones. When these become weakened, problems can arise.

In particular, knee problems are often related to issues with your foot. A weak area or imbalance in the foot creates the need for the knee joint to compensate and problems can result.

How can we help knee pain?

By employing a combination of Foot Mobilisation Techniques (FMT) and Corrective Exercises we are able to enhance the strength and correct positioning of the foot, ankle and knee.
